Panache Envy - Shapewear Review

It will come as no surprise for regular readers to hear that I'm a lingerie junkie - I have a whole wardrobe dedicated to the stuff!

One of my favourite brands is Panache - season after season they offer some of the most beautiful pieces for ladies with larger busts and this season is no different.  There isn't a single set that I wouldn't buy (if I were to win the lottery).

The Panache Envy is perhaps their most versatile piece at the moment - and I'm in need of new shapewear so a purchase was kind of necessary!

Wedding Guest Edit

My brother-in-law is getting married in June.

They plan to wed in a truly English church before a whimsical reception at the beach front restaurant.

This poses one problem - which one do I wear?

Bonmarche Blogger Swap Challenge*

I was recently contacted by the lovely Marie from Bonmarche about taking part in an exciting and unique challenge to compile an outfit for fellow blogger Sarah from Always a BlueSkyGirl.
In return, Sarah would chose an outfit for me.
I have to say, I had some concerns.  I'm a funny onion and terribly fussy over what I like and few people get it right when making suggestions on my style.   I also had concerns that there would be little on Bonmarche that I like - I was steeped in the preconceptions of my Grandma shopping there and worried that the styles on offer would be a little too mature for a girl in her 20s.
I needn't have worried!

A blouse obsession ...

Spring is here, or so I'm told!

The nights are definitely getting lighter and, although I'm no where near ready to pack away my winter coats, I am swapping the turtle necks for something a little more breezy.

Every spring I go through a transition period; exchanging black tights for nude, closed toe courts for peep toes and sandals, and I fall in love with blouses.

Time for a Tea Dress

I've always been rather dismissive of Dorothy Perkins.  Their sizing has, in the past, been a little offish and their designs quite boring.

Yet when I received a code for 30% off with free delivery I thought 'what the hell?' and set about trawling their site for something worth spending my money on.

I was not disappointed!

Bargain Bras ... ????

I've always kinda envied girls who are not so well endowed in the chest area ... the ability to find a cute blouse that fits, not worrying about looking trashy when wearing a plunging neckline, and being able to find a bargain bra that looks pretty.

So, when I saw that New Look were doing a range of bras in DD-G, I was super stoked!  I ordered this one the moment I saw it on ASOS ... I mean, it is only £12.99

Lady Voluptuous ...

If you haven't already heard about the amazing new clothing line from Lady V London, Lady Voluptuous, then you've living under a shell!  The blogging world has gone crazy over the three wonderful dresses designed by the amazing Georgia Horne of Fuller Figure Bust.

The reviews have been stellar so, naturally, I couldn't resist!

An Active Live ... the Freya Underwired Sports Crop Top

Having worn the same, rather stinky, shock absorber sports bra for the past 2 years, I thought it was time to invest in a sparkly new sports bra.

Very conveniently had last season's Freya Active Underwired Sports Crop Top on sale.  It is now sold out at Very but is still available on Amazon for £36-40.
